Our shoes are handcrafted in Inca, Mallorca, using traditional Goodyear welting techniques and the finest leathers from world-renowned tanneries like Annonay and Charles F. Stead.
How do I determine my correct size?
We generally follow UK sizing. For our Artista collection, we recommend sticking to your standard UK size, but you can consult our detailed size guide or contact our experts for a personalized fit recommendation.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping is typically free for orders above a certain threshold, and delivery times range from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the shoes are in unworn, pristine condition and in their original packaging. Please note that customized or MTO (Made to Order) items are non-refundable.
Can I customize a pair of shoes?
Absolutely. Through our Made to Order (MTO) program, you can select your preferred leather, color, sole type, and last to create a truly unique pair of shoes tailored to your style.
How should I care for my leather shoes?
To ensure longevity, we recommend using cedar shoe trees after every wear, applying high-quality cream and wax polish regularly, and allowing the leather to rest for at least 24 hours between wears.
