At TLB Mallorca, we strive for perfection in every pair of handcrafted shoes; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team via email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and indicate whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging, including all dust bags and accessories, ensuring the soles are protected from scratches during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Processing

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
